Data We Process
Through the quote form we process your name, email address, phone number and the details you share about your event (event type, date, estimated number of guests, location and message).
Purpose of Processing
This data is used solely to evaluate your quote request, contact you and provide our service. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal Basis
Your data is processed based on the explicit consent you give by submitting the form and on the necessity of processing for entering into a contract.
Retention & Transfer
Your data is deleted once the purpose of processing no longer exists. Form submissions are delivered via our email infrastructure provider; beyond this, your data is not shared with third parties.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to object to its processing. For requests, please write to info@moveat.com.tr.
